Recommended for a longer, individualized approach that offers greater flexibility to accommodate the unique needs of each family. This plan is especially useful for parents who require a more flexible time frame as well as adaptable structure to address their child's sleep challenges.

  • First-time parents who prefer to minimize protests from their child throughout the sleep training process. These families may seek a gentler, less stressful transition for both parent and child.

  • Families who have encountered multiple sleep regressions and need to reduce various sleep props. The flexible structure helps them gradually address these issues over time.

  • Parents who have previously tried other sleep training methods but did not achieve the desired outcomes may benefit from the Frazzled Fox plan. It is designed for slow and steady progress, keeping the needs of the entire family in mind. This plan allows for a more adaptable approach, including guidance for daytime naps (when age-appropriate), bedtime routines, and fostering or improving independent overnight sleep.

  • It is also appropriate for families of twins or other multiples to accommodate each child.
