Program Includes: Initial Consultation + Assessment of Intake Forms  Customized Sleep Plan for your family’s specific concerns Virtual Consultation with your Certified Sleep Consultant to review the plan, make any changes needed, and set up when the training will begin 12 Continuous Evenings of Sleep Support via text, starting the first night of training Additional virtual call on the first night of the plan Two weeks of daily email support Daily follow-ups include monitoring sleep logs and progress updates submitted by family through emails or texts sent to consultant
